Do I need a patch test?
Yes. All clients must have a patch test at least 48 hours before lash lift or tinting appointments. You can book your patch test online or in the salon.
Which brow appointment should I book?
Choose brow shaping if you want a tidy and shape, or brow wax and tint if you would also like colour definition. Call us if you are unsure.
Does a lash lift use my own lashes?
Yes, a lash lift works with your natural lashes. We will discuss the look you want before your treatment.
How should I prepare for a lash lift?
Arrive with clean, makeup free eyes and remove contact lenses before treatment. Avoid lash curlers for 48 hours and ask your therapist about pausing lash growth serums.
What should I avoid after my lash lift?
For the first 24 to 48 hours, keep lashes dry and avoid steam, swimming, eye makeup and eye creams. Do not rub or press your lashes, including against your pillow. Follow your therapist’s aftercare advice.

How do I keep my lashes looking lovely?
After 48 hours, cleanse gently and brush daily with a clean spoolie. Ask your therapist about a suitable lash conditioner.
Can I wear mascara afterwards?
After the first 24 to 48 hours, choose an easily washable mascara. Avoid waterproof formulas that need rubbing to remove.
How should I prepare for a brow wax?
Arrive with clean brows and avoid fake tan around the area for 24 to 48 hours. Tell your therapist about retinoids, exfoliating acids or other active skincare so they can advise on preparation and suitability.
How do I care for freshly waxed brows?
For 24 to 48 hours, avoid heat, steam, swimming and rubbing the area. Keep makeup and fake tan off the brows for 24 hours, and follow your therapist’s advice before restarting active skincare.
